Returns & Exchanges Policy

Pet Gear wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, all sales are final.

How to Start a Return

  1. Locate your original order number.
  2. Contact Pet Gear Customer Care at 802-438-2231 or through our Contact Us page.
  3. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your item.
  4. Ship your product with the Order Number and RMA Number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Use a shipping service that provides tracking, such as FedEx or UPS.

Return Conditions

Defective Products

Defective products may be returned for replacement or credit. Replacement products will be shipped after Pet Gear receives and processes the defective return. A tracking number will be provided when the replacement item ships.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and processed.

If an incorrect product was ordered or a shipment is refused, the refund may be reduced by applicable freight charges.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please note the damage with the carrier when signing for delivery. This helps support any damage claim if the product inside the package is damaged.
