Returning Your Purchase
STEP 1: Locate your original order number.
STEP 2: Call 802-438-2231or contact us at www.petgearinc.com .
STEP 3: Ship your product to us with the order number, address, and RMA written prominently on the package. Use a service that issues you a tracking number, such as FedEx® or UPS®.
STEP 4: Upon receipt of the product, we’ll issue you a credit for your returned product.
Your return is subject to the following:
1. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Defective products are allowed for return for replacement or credit .
3. All returns must be within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Thereafter, all sales are final.
4. All returns must be in original factory packaging with all original packing materials.
5. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.
6. All replacement items will be shipped after PET GEAR has received and processed Customer’s defective return. A new tracking number will be sent to Customer on the replacement item when it ships.
7. All credits will be made back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt of product.
8. PET GEAR will not be held responsible for Customer ordering the wrong product(s), and all refusals will be credited minus the freight charges.
9. If a package arrives damaged the Customer should notate the damage when signing for the package so if the product is damaged inside the box a claim may be filed with the carrier.
10. A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
11. To ensure your return is handled promptly, make sure all the return information stated above is clearly labeled on the return package.
12. Be sure to write in the Order Number in the space provided to ensure accurate processing.
13. Please use clear tape to secure the return label to your package.
